General conditions

• The Kids Club is intended for children aged 2-6 years.

• Working hours from 7.00 am – 5.00 pm.

• Arrival time to the kids club: 7.00 am – 8.30 am. Time could be altered after mutual agreement.

• Leaving time from the kids club: 3.30 pm – 5.00 pm. Time could be altered after mutual agreement.

• A child can only be picked up by legal representative or person predetermined by legal representative.

• Daily meals include: breakfast, brunch, lunch, snack and daily drinking regime. The Kids Club’s kitchen provides catering in accordance with standardized norm.

• By signing the application, your child is enrolled in the Kids Club for a period of 10 months. This period can be changed to defined period after mutual agreement.

• Registration fee is 100 €. The registration fee will be deducted from first tuition. Registration fee is non-refundable.

• Specific conditions regarding the end of school education:

  • In case legal representative announces planned ending of school education with a 2-months´ notice, legal representative pays no fees.
  • In case legal representative announces planned ending of school education with a 1-month notice, legal representative pays one-month tuition.
• 10% discount, in case legal representative pays tuition in-whole one year in advance.
• In case of child absence (illness, vacation etc.), the school fee is paid and not refundable.
• Tuition is paid 1 month in advance, no later than last day in month. Late fee is 5 € per day until tuition and any applicable late fees are paid in full. If the tuition payment is delayed more than 3 times during a period of 12 months, child can be excluded from the Kids Club.
• Family with more than one child in the Kids Club is granted a 10% tuition discount for each child.
• By signing the application, legal representative agrees that he/she understands the terms mentioned above and agrees to meet them in full.

By signing the application, legal representative approves that personal data submitted in the application are given voluntarily and they can be used for purposes of the Kids Club "Little Bee" in accordance with law 122/2013 Z. z. Protection of personal data.
